REFUND POLICY

  1. Refund Eligibility  :
  • Items with wrong size / type
  • Goods damaged / defective upon delivery
  • Quantity of goods are not in accordance with the quantity ordered

 

  1. Return Procedure:
  • Customer must inform the goods condition and tracking number to TumbuSapa Customer Service (via webchat/email/phone) no later than 48 hours upon received.
  • Return the goods to our address no later than seven days after you contact the Customer Service.
  • Fill the return form we provided.
  • For goods that do not fit the size or material, we will refund with a voucher of the amount of the returned good's price. Shipping cost will not be refundable. 
  • If items are returned due to damage in transit or defective or does not match the number of orders, while supplies last, a replacement item will then be sent to the customer with shipping costs be borne by the TumbuSapa.
  • If items are returned due to damage in transit or defective or does not match the number of orders, and is not available the same goods, the Customer is entitled to obtain a refund back (refund) to amounts already transferred a maximum of three (3) working days after the item is received back by TumbuSapa.

 

  1. Return of goods term :
         Returned items must be in the same condition as when delivered, including the packaging.
         Goods are unused and Label tags still intact

         Items not in a state of disrepair, dirty or washed.
